Meet Phil...
I first gained my experience in the property industry back in 2006 immersing myself in property refurbishments, maintenance and installations before honing my skills and embarking on a career as a qualified Electrician. However, my passion extended beyond those years consumed by my fascination of everything engineering.
Motivated and intrigued to drive my passion for engineering further I pursued training as an engineer which evolved into an incredible opportunity assuming responsibility as project management and maintenance engineer of nearly 1000 assets across Sussex. This role provided fertile ground for personal and professional growth which was further compounded by interactions with industry professionals, insights and valuable experiences which developed a powerful concept that would fuse my passion of property and engineering into a transformative venture of what is today, Asmandes.
Driven by an unwavering passion to creating sustainable and efficient solutions for property and asset maintenance, Asmandes stands for everything I believe in, embodying the values and aspirations that define the company leading towards our vision for the future.
